1st place in high school division for the Wasatch Back Relay(survived Ragnar) Time: 22:59:59,(2007)

WBR(2008):  21:30:09.08, 9th overall, 2nd in HS division.

Wasatch Back 2009: 7th overall, and 3rd in High School Division. Time: 21:15:33.4

Half Marathon: 1:21:04 (Snow Canyon Half 08\')

Short-Term Running Goals:

I expect to be helping my team dominate my whole XC season Senior year. Be the fastest Decker in my family, even if my dad has knee problems.

Beat TA as much as I can.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a couple of marathons after high school. Run XC at Dixie College with my dad as coach(if he becomes coach by the time I graduate). Help win coach Holt a State Championship in Cross Country my Senior year.

Personal:

Everyone in my family has ran cross country atleast one year except my mother. My dad coached at Red Mountain in Mesa Arizona. Um.......I was way fat when I was 8 and younger but I was still fast.

Today really sucked my calves were tightning and there was nothing I could do about it.

Today we ran an anarobic threshold or something like that. The whole time I was trailing Frey and my shoe was untied, but I just kept truckin because Frey was pushing me. It turned out to be a good workout. My total run time was 28.09, with 17.46 being my race pace in the middle.

I guess Coach Cappy is my distance coach now. I don't know how or why this happened. I miss Holt as my coach already. Anyways we ran a pyramid: 400, 800, 1600, 800, 400. My times sucked so its not worthing telling.

We ran 3 400's and did hand-off's. I progressivley got slower in my 400's and I ran into Michelle Green on my second one, but its the day before a meet so its all good.
