1st place in high school division for the Wasatch Back Relay(survived Ragnar) Time: 22:59:59,(2007)

WBR(2008):  21:30:09.08, 9th overall, 2nd in HS division.

Wasatch Back 2009: 7th overall, and 3rd in High School Division. Time: 21:15:33.4

Half Marathon: 1:21:04 (Snow Canyon Half 08\')

Short-Term Running Goals:

I expect to be helping my team dominate my whole XC season Senior year. Be the fastest Decker in my family, even if my dad has knee problems.

Beat TA as much as I can.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a couple of marathons after high school. Run XC at Dixie College with my dad as coach(if he becomes coach by the time I graduate). Help win coach Holt a State Championship in Cross Country my Senior year.

Personal:

Everyone in my family has ran cross country atleast one year except my mother. My dad coached at Red Mountain in Mesa Arizona. Um.......I was way fat when I was 8 and younger but I was still fast.

Ran out to the bike trails out past Washington. After I played football at Nissons park with some friends. I pulled both of my calves and my knee was already hurting before football.

After doing some intensive stretching I got my legs ready for another easy run. I ran over to the college to play witht the Ultimate Frisbee Club. There were like 3 ghetto kids trying to play, so I left and ran back home.

I tried to get a decent run in before some football. I was having some knee problems and a stomach ache so I stopped at Nissons Park. Then I saw some of the PV runners and ran with them for a little bit. I'm a little frustrated because I'm trying to get back into running after all my achilles problems, but now I have a knee issue. So I'm going to rest it and get better.
